5. Registration as Visitor
To register as an event visitor, you need to set up a user account on www.sinojobs.com, another website we operate, to which you will be forwarded upon ordering an entry ticket on the current site. This user account also consists of a résumé (CV), which can only be viewed anonymously by companies/employers verified by sinojobs.de and can be used by these companies to establish anonymous contact. The website sinojobs.com is subject to same data protection regulations and conditions as the current website, and furthermore, it has a specific data protection policy regarding the data obtained from the user account. 6. Registration as Exhibitor
We collect, save and use your personal data exclusively for the purpose of proper contract implementation. We do not pass on these data to third parties unless it is necessary to do so to fulfil the contract or to meet a legal requirement. Any data related to contract implementation that must be stored as a legal obligation (e.g. retention period for invoices and receipts) will be blocked during the ordinary course of business. Otherwise, user data are deleted without delay.
